Description
Description
The DRV8839 is a low-voltage dual ½-H-bridge motor driver IC designed for driving brushed DC motors or one winding of a stepper motor. It operates with a motor supply voltage of 0 V to 11 V and a logic supply voltage of 1.8 V to 7 V, providing a maximum drive current of 1.8 A. The device features low on-state resistance (RDS(on)) of 280 mΩ, individual control inputs for each bridge, and a low-power sleep mode with a maximum supply current of 120 nA.
