The DPA425R-TL is a highly integrated DPA-Switch® DC-DC converter IC designed for Power Over Ethernet (PoE) and telecom applications. It features a wide input voltage range of 36-75 VDC, with a maximum output power of 70 W. The device includes built-in protections such as auto-restart for overload and thermal shutdown, and offers selectable switching frequencies of 300/400 kHz. Packaged in a TO-263-7C format, it minimizes external component count and enhances thermal efficiency.
