The DPA425PN is a highly integrated DPA-Switch® DC-DC converter IC designed for Power Over Ethernet (PoE) and telecom applications. It features a wide input voltage range of 36-75 VDC, with a maximum output power of 70 W. The device integrates a high-frequency MOSFET and PWM control, eliminating the need for up to 50 external components, thus reducing design complexity and cost. It supports both forward and flyback topologies and includes built-in protections for overload and thermal shutdown.
