The DPA425GN-TL is a highly integrated DPA-Switch® DC-DC converter IC designed for Power over Ethernet (PoE) and telecom applications. The device integrates a high-frequency MOSFET and PWM control, eliminating the need for external current sensing circuitry. It supports both forward and flyback topologies, with built-in protections for overvoltage, undervoltage, and thermal shutdown, ensuring reliable operation in demanding environments.
