The DF1508S-E3/45 is a miniature glass passivated single-phase bridge rectifier designed for surface mount applications. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 800 V and a forward output rectified current of 1.5 A. With high surge current capability and a maximum junction temperature of 150 °C, it is suitable for various power conversion applications.
