Description

The DF10M is a single-phase bridge rectifier with a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 1 kV and a maximum average rectified output current of 1.0 A. It features glass passivated die construction, low forward voltage drop, and a surge overload rating of 50 A peak. Designed for PCB applications, it is UL listed and RoHS compliant.
