The DDC118 is a 20-bit octal channel analog-to-digital converter (ADC) designed for high precision current measurement. It features a dual-switched integrator front-end for continuous current integration, adjustable full-scale ranges from 12pC to 350pC, and a low noise level of 5.2ppm of FSR. The device operates in both low-power and high-speed modes, with a maximum data rate of 3.125kSPS. It supports daisy-chaining for multi-device systems and operates over an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
