Description
The DC20/20YWA is a 20-segment yellow diffused LED bar graph array made with Gallium Arsenide Phosphide on Gallium Phosphide. It features low current operation, excellent on/off contrast, and is suitable for level indicators in various applications. The device operates at a forward current of 30 mA and has a peak forward current of 140 mA, with a power dissipation of 75 mW. It is RoHS compliant and designed for mechanical ruggedness.
