Description
Description
The DB3TG is a DIAC/SIDAC Thyristor designed for triggering applications with a breakover voltage range of 30 to 34 V. It features a low breakover current of 15 µA max and operates within a temperature range of -40 to +125 °C. The device is housed in a DO-35 package and is suitable for use in motor/light dimmers and fluorescent lamp ballasts.
