The CSPUA877A is a 1.8V PLL differential 1:10 SDRAM clock driver optimized for DDR2 applications. It features a zero delay buffer with an operating frequency range of 125MHz to 410MHz, very low skew (≤40ps), and jitter (≤40ps). The device supports low power modes and requires no external components, making it ideal for high-performance clock distribution.
