The CQY80NG is a phototransistor optoisolator featuring a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode in a 6-pin DIP package. It offers an isolation voltage of 5300 Vrms and a current transfer ratio (CTR) of 50% to 90%. With a rated impulse voltage of 6 kV and low coupling capacitance of 0.3 pF, it is designed for applications requiring reinforced electrical isolation and high common mode rejection.
