The CDSOD323-T15C is a 15V working peak voltage Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode in a SOD-323 package, designed for ESD protection with a maximum clamping voltage of 31.8V at 10A (8/20µs). It features low capacitance (~3 pF) and is RoHS compliant, suitable for portable electronics.
