The CBTD3306PW is a dual FET bus switch designed for level shifting applications from 5 V to 3.3 V. It features independent line switches with a 5 Ω switch connection between ports, TTL-compatible input levels, and operates within a temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C. The device includes IOFF circuitry for partial power-down mode and robust ESD protection exceeding 2000 V HBM.
