The CBT3257A is a quad 1-of-2 multiplexer/demultiplexer in a 16-DHVQFN package (2.5x3.5 mm). It features a 5 Ω switch connection, minimal propagation delay, and direct TTL level interfacing. The device operates from -40 °C to +85 °C and includes overvoltage tolerant control inputs up to 5.5 V, with robust ESD protection exceeding 2000 V HBM.
