The CBT3253A is a dual 1-of-4 FET multiplexer/demultiplexer in a 16-TSSOP package. It features a 5 Ω switch connection, TTL level compatibility, and overvoltage tolerant control inputs up to 5.5 V. The device operates within a temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C and provides latch-up protection exceeding 100 mA.
