Description
The CA5420A is a low supply voltage, low input current BiMOS operational amplifier designed for microprocessor logic systems. It operates from ±1V to ±10V supplies, featuring rail-to-rail output swing and very high input impedance. With a gain bandwidth of 0.5 MHz and input current less than 1 pA, it is ideal for precision applications. The device is phase compensated for stable operation and includes terminals for offset voltage nulling.
