The BRD1263C-TL is a high-voltage, self-powered half-bridge driver designed for DC motors and general-purpose power MOSFET applications. It features integrated device protection, system monitoring, and operates with up to 99.2% efficiency. The InSOP-24C package allows for compact design and effective heat dissipation through PCB. It supports adjustable cycle-by-cycle current limits and includes advanced safety features such as thermal overload protection and simultaneous conduction lockout.
