The BCV63 is a dual NPN bipolar transistor array in a compact SOT-143B surface mount package. It operates at a maximum collector current of 100 mA and supports collector-emitter voltages of 30V and 6V. With a DC current gain (hFE) ranging from 110 to 800, it is suitable for general-purpose switching and amplification applications, including Schmitt trigger circuits.
