Description
Description
The BCR400W is an active bias controller designed for stable bias current supply, even under low battery voltage and extreme temperature variations. It features a low voltage drop of 0.7V and supports bias currents from less than 0.2mA to over 200mA. This PMIC is ideal for stabilizing bias current in NPN transistors and FETs, and can also function as a current source up to 5mA. It is packaged in a Pb-free SOT343 configuration.
