Description
The BAT54L is a planar Schottky barrier diode with a reverse voltage of 30 V and a forward current of 200 mA, housed in a leadless ultra-small DFN1006-2 package (1.00 mm x 0.60 mm x 0.50 mm). It features low forward voltage and is suitable for ultra high-speed switching and protection circuits.
