Description
The BAS70KFILM is a low capacitance Schottky diode designed for RF applications, featuring a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 70 V and a continuous forward current (IF) of 70 mA. It offers very low conduction and switching losses, with a maximum junction temperature of 150 °C and a capacitance of 2 pF, packaged in SOD-523.
