It features low insertion loss (1.35 dB typ.), low amplitude imbalance (0.15 dB typ.), and low phase imbalance (4.5° typ.), all within a compact 5-UFBGA package. The device integrates a matching network on a glass substrate, optimizing RF performance and PCB space.
