Description
The AS1PM-M3/84A is a 1kV, 1.5A avalanche diode in a surface mount DO-220AA (SMP) package. It features a glass passivated pellet chip junction, low forward voltage drop of 0.89V at 1.5A, and controlled avalanche characteristics. This diode is AEC-Q101 qualified, ideal for automated placement, and suitable for high-temperature applications with a maximum junction temperature of 175°C.
