Description
The AS1PD-M3/85A is a 200V, 1.5A avalanche diode in a surface mount DO-220AA (SMP) package. It features a glass passivated pellet chip junction, low forward voltage drop of 0.89V at 1.5A, and controlled avalanche characteristics. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, ideal for automated placement, and suitable for high-temperature applications with a maximum junction temperature of 175°C.
