Description
The AP62150 is a synchronous buck converter IC from Diodes Incorporated, capable of delivering 1.5A output current with an input voltage range of 4.2V to 18V. It features a low quiescent current of 135μA and integrates high-side and low-side MOSFETs with RDS(ON) values of 90mΩ and 65mΩ, respectively. The device employs Constant On-Time control for fast transient response and low output voltage ripple, making it suitable for various applications.
