The AP2331W-7 is a single-channel current-limited high-side power switch designed for hot-swap applications. It features a 200mA output current limit, 250mΩ RDS(on), and comprehensive protection against over-current, over-temperature, and short-circuit conditions. The device operates within a 2.7V to 5.2V input voltage range and includes reverse-current blocking and built-in soft-start functionality.
