Description
The AIS328DQ is a high-performance, ultra-low-power 3-axis accelerometer with a digital output interface (I2C/SPI). It features selectable full scales of ±2g, ±4g, and ±8g, with a wide supply voltage range of 2.4V to 3.6V. The device operates in an extended temperature range of -40°C to +105°C and consumes as low as 10 μA in ultra-low-power mode. It includes programmable interrupts, a self-test function, and high shock survivability up to 10,000 g, making it suitable for various applications.
