The AIS2IHTR is a MEMS digital output motion sensor featuring a three-axis accelerometer with selectable full scales of ±2g, ±4g, ±8g, and ±16g. It operates within a frequency range of 0.8Hz to 800Hz and is housed in a compact LGA-12 package (2x2 mm). The device supports low power consumption modes and includes a built-in temperature sensor, self-test functionality, and a 32-level FIFO buffer for data storage.
