The AIS2DW12 is an ultra-low-power MEMS digital output motion sensor featuring a 3-axis accelerometer with selectable full scales of ±2g and ±4g. It operates over a supply voltage range of 1.62 V to 3.6 V and supports I²C/SPI interfaces. The device includes programmable interrupts, a self-test function, and a 32-level FIFO buffer, making it suitable for automotive applications. It is AEC-Q100 qualified and designed for high shock survivability up to 10000 g.
