The ADP3120AJCPZ-RL is a dual bootstrapped, 12 V MOSFET gate driver optimized for synchronous buck converters. It features a high-side and low-side driver capable of driving a 3000 pF load with a 45 ns propagation delay and 25 ns transition time. The device includes undervoltage lockout and thermal shutdown for protection.
