The ADM232AARNZ is a high-speed RS-232 transceiver featuring two drivers and two receivers, operating from a single 5 V power supply. The device integrates on-board DC-DC converters to generate ±10 V levels, requiring only small external capacitors. It is available in a 16-lead SOIC package.
