Description
The Broadcom ACHS-7195 is a fully integrated Hall-effect based linear current sensor IC designed for AC or DC current sensing with a range of ±50A. It features a low-offset, chopper-stabilized CMOS Hall IC, providing a proportional output voltage with a sensitivity of 40 mV/A. The device operates over a temperature range of -40ºC to +110ºC and has an internal conductor resistance of 0.7 mΩ, ensuring low power loss. It is packaged in a compact SO-8 surface mount configuration with 3 kVRMS isolation.
