Description
The Broadcom ACHS-7195 is a fully integrated Hall-effect based linear current sensor IC designed for AC or DC current sensing in industrial, commercial, and communication systems. It features a sensing current range of ±50A, output sensitivity of 40 mV/A, and a low internal conductor resistance of 0.7 mΩ. The device operates over a wide temperature range of -40ºC to +110ºC and provides electrical isolation of 3 kVrms. It is packaged in a compact SO-8 surface mount configuration.
