Description
The Broadcom ACHS-7125 is a fully integrated Hall Effect-based linear current sensor IC designed for AC or DC current sensing up to ±50A. It features a low-offset, chopper-stabilized CMOS Hall IC, providing a proportional output voltage with a sensitivity of 40 mV/A. The device operates over a wide temperature range of -40ºC to +110ºC and has a typical internal conductor resistance of 0.7 mΩ, ensuring low power loss. It is housed in a compact 8-SOIC package with 3 kVrms isolation.
