Description
The Broadcom ACHS-7122-500E is a fully integrated Hall Effect-based linear current sensor IC designed for AC or DC current sensing. It supports a sensing current range of ±20A with an output sensitivity of 100 mV/A. The device features a low-offset, chopper-stabilized CMOS Hall IC, providing a typical primary conductor resistance of 0.7 mΩ. It operates over a wide temperature range of -40ºC to 110ºC and is housed in a compact 8-SOIC package, ensuring electrical isolation up to 3 kVRMS.
