Description
Description
The ABS20M is a single-phase bridge rectifier designed for surface mount applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage (VRRM) of 1000 V and a forward current (IFAV) rating of 2 A. The device has a forward voltage drop (VF) of less than 1.1 V and can handle surge currents (IFSM) up to 60 A. With a maximum junction temperature of 150°C and a reverse recovery time (trr) of approximately 1500 ns, it is suitable for 50/60 Hz mains rectification and power supply applications.
