The 9DB233 is a PCI Express (PCIe) fanout buffer designed for zero delay applications, supporting PCIe Gen3 while being backward compatible with Gen2 and Gen1. It features a differential SRC output pair, selectable PLL bandwidth, and an SMBus interface for control. The device minimizes jitter and is suitable for Express Card applications, with a cycle-to-cycle jitter of < 50 ps and PCIe Gen3 phase jitter of < 1.0 ps RMS.
