The ICS954201 is a programmable Timing Control Hub™ designed for Intel P4™ mobile systems. It features a clock frequency synthesizer capable of generating CPU outputs up to 400MHz with cycle-to-cycle jitter of < 85ps. The device supports multiple output types including differential pairs for CPU and SRC, and is optimized for Serial-ATA and PCI-Express applications. It requires an external 14.318MHz crystal for operation.
