The 85314BGI-01LFT is a low skew, high-performance 1-to-5 Differential-to-2.5V/3.3V LVPECL Fanout Buffer. It features selectable clock inputs, a maximum output frequency of 700 MHz, and guarantees output skew of 30 ps (max). The device operates within a supply voltage range of 2.375V to 3.8V and supports ambient temperatures from -40°C to 85°C.
