The IDT82V3010 is a dual reference input telecom clock generator designed for T1/E1/OC3 applications. It features a Digital Phase-Locked Loop (DPLL) that generates low jitter clock and framing signals synchronized to input frequencies of 8 kHz, 1.544 MHz, 2.048 MHz, or 19.44 MHz. The device provides multiple clock outputs and framing signals, ensuring compliance with AT&T TR62411 and ETSI ETS 300 011 standards. It operates at 3.3 V with 5 V tolerant I/O and is packaged in a 56-pin SSOP.
