The IDT82V3010 is a T1/E1/OC3 telecom clock generator featuring dual reference inputs. It utilizes a Digital Phase-Locked Loop (DPLL) to produce low jitter clock and framing signals synchronized to input frequencies of 8 kHz, 1.544 MHz, 2.048 MHz, or 19.44 MHz. The device supports multiple output clock signals and framing pulses, ensuring compliance with AT&T TR62411 and ETSI ETS 300 011 standards. It operates at 3.3 V with 5 V tolerant I/O and is packaged in a 56-pin SSOP.
