The 6N135 is a high-speed optoisolator featuring a GaAIAs infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a photodiode and high-speed transistor output. It supports isolation test voltages of 5300 VRMS and operates at bit rates up to 1 Mbit/s with a bandwidth of 2 MHz. The device is housed in an 8-DIP package, allowing for external base wiring and TTL compatibility.
