The 5KP78A-E3/54 is a Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode with a reverse stand-off voltage (VWM) of 78V and a maximum clamping voltage (VC) of 126V. It features a peak pulse power capability of 5000W and a peak pulse current (IPPM) of 39.7A.
