The 5KP54A-E3/54 is a Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode with a reverse stand-off voltage (VWM) of 54V and a maximum clamping voltage (VC) of 87.1V. It features a peak pulse power capability of 5000W and a peak pulse current (IPPM) of 57.4A. This unidirectional device is designed for high-speed response and excellent clamping capability, making it suitable for protecting sensitive electronics from voltage transients.
