The 5KP12A-E3/54 is a Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode with a reverse stand-off voltage (VWM) of 12V and a clamping voltage of 19.9V. It features a peak pulse power capability of 5000W and a peak pulse current (IPP) of 251A with a 10/1000 μs waveform.
