The 553SCMGI is a low skew, single input to four output clock buffer IC, capable of operating at clock frequencies up to 200 MHz. It features an additive phase jitter of less than 50 fsec and output skew of 50 ps. The device operates within a voltage range of 1.8V to 3.3V and is suitable for extended temperature applications from -40°C to +105°C.
