Description
The ICS511 LOCO™ PLL Clock Multiplier from Renesas Electronics is a high-performance clock generator IC capable of producing output frequencies up to 200 MHz from a lower frequency crystal or clock input. It features low jitter of 25 ps, operates at 3.3 V or 5 V, and supports input frequencies from 5 to 27 MHz for crystals and 2 to 50 MHz for clock inputs. The device is packaged in an 8-pin SOIC and includes a tri-state output for testing.
