The 4N36M from Everlight Electronics is a 6-pin DIP optoisolator featuring a high isolation voltage of 5000 Vrms. It consists of an infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a phototransistor, suitable for applications requiring electrical isolation. The device operates over a temperature range of -55 to +110 °C and supports a forward current of up to 60 mA. It is RoHS compliant and available in various lead forms.
