Description
Description
The JTAG-HS3 programming cable is a high-speed solution for programming and debugging Xilinx FPGAs and SoCs. It connects via a standard 2x7, 2mm header and supports signal voltages from 1.8V to 5V, with a maximum bus speed of 30MBit/sec. Compatible with Xilinx ISE and Vivado tools, it features a separate Vref pin for JTAG signal buffers.
