The Microchip Technology 34VL02 is a 2 Kbit EEPROM memory IC featuring I2C compatibility with a maximum clock frequency of 400 kHz. The device includes software write-protect features, a 16-byte page write buffer, and supports more than 1 million erase/write cycles with data retention exceeding 200 years. It is housed in a compact 6-lead SOT-23 package.
